S M Sanno
Managing Director
Sheriff Sanno is an experienced energy and infrastructure professional with over 22 years of international experience across the power generation, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and energy infrastructure sectors. He holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Power Engineering and has successfully led and delivered complex onshore and offshore projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Originally from The Gambia, Sheriff combines deep technical expertise with strong regional insight and government-level relationships, positioning the company to execute strategic energy projects within The Gambia and across emerging markets.
As Managing Director, he provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are developed and executed to international standards.
Robin Peters
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Robin Peters brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the global energy sector, covering renewable and conventional energy systems, including offshore wind, hydro, tidal, solar, anaerobic digestion, nuclear, oil, and gas.
He has managed and delivered mega-scale energy projects across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and North America. With a strong electrical engineering background, Robin is highly experienced in project governance, execution strategy, and operational excellence.
As Chief Operations Officer, he oversees project delivery, technical performance, and operational controls, ensuring safe, efficient, and bankable execution across all energy developments.
W Ayoub
Business DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Ayoub is a seasoned solar and construction professional with over 25 years of experience across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His career spans Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, with extensive project involvement in Dubai, Germany, Qatar, and the Maldives.
He brings strong expertise in the commercial, contractual, and procurement management of utility-scale solar and energy projects, alongside deep construction and installation knowledge. Wassim has successfully overseen the delivery and implementation of complex energy plants, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution across diverse international markets.
With a practical understanding of both project development and on-site execution, he plays a key role in driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered to international standards.
